THE JOURNEY

  • WEEK 01 / JUMPING IN

    Week One is about identifying your most consistent thought-patterns and coping skills. This self-assessment is the starting point for radical honesty and developing a consistent gratitude practice.

  • WEEK 02 / SINK OR SWIM

    Week Two is about present moment awareness and noticing your thoughts. This powerful lesson can help with the stress, anxiety and overwhelm that comes from over-thinking or worrying about things you cannot control.

  • WEEK 03 / DIVING DEEP

    Week Three is about checking your expectations, both for yourself and others. This allows you to identify the relationship between the people and experiences in your life and how you emotionally respond to them.

  • WEEK 04 / SURFACING

    Week Four will challenge you to be gentle with yourself. This self-compassion is directly related to how you think, speak and act. You will have the opportunity to grow that relationship in order to truly thrive in all areas of your life.
