    Morning Meditation + Yoga (optional) 7:00 a.m.

    Start your day with Chivonne and get grounded, aligned and intune with your body and mind

    Breakfast Served at 8:30 a.m.

    Release Workshop: Part One 10:00 - 12:00 p.m.

    Candice and Chivonne will be guiding you through heart-centered exercises designed to help you identify and acknowledge barriers and beliefs

    Tap into your heart space while you explore and embrace your innate gifts

    Your hosts will create a safe space and a sense of community to show up with honesty and vulnerability

    Group Lunch: 1:00 p.m.

    Connect and Reset

    This is a great opportunity to return to your journal and reflect on anything that may have come up during the morning session

    You may also wish to connect with a new friend and share your experiences

    Take a walk or sit on the covered porch and enjoy the beautiful views of this waterfront property

    Release Workshop: Part Two 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

    Cultivate a motivation mindset and reclaim your personal power

    Come away with tools and tricks for anxiety and stress management

    Leave feeling lighter, more aware and with a greater compassion for yourself as a confident woman
