IRREPLACEABLE YOU
I’m currently wiping away the last tears from my red, puffy eyes. My emotions have been striped bare and I’m feeling deeply reflective. There’s nothing like a good Rom-Com to pull on your heart strings.
“Irreplaceable You” is about a woman who thinks that she’s pregnant, only to learn that she has an incurable tumor instead. No spoiler-alert necessary, you can guess how it ends.
Beyond being a highly emotional empath to begin with, I felt especially impacted by this film because the dying woman is my age. This is a new experience for me.
WAVES OF GRIEF
Have you ever been swimming in the ocean when out of nowhere, the violent crash of an unsuspecting wave knocks the air from your lungs? You catch your breath just long enough for another surge to thrust you beneath the surface. You fight to regain balance, saltwater burning with every inhale.

This is the story of the day that broke my heart...
10 TIPS FOR STAYING POSTIVE DURING A PANDEMIC
Has anyone else experienced a wave of emotion during this whole pandemic? One minute I’m incredibly happy, embracing the unexpected time with my family and the opportunity it has allowed me to focus on my business and the next I am a bottle of wine deep, going on day three without showering, sulking around in the track pants I’ve been wearing since last Wednesday. The highs and lows are incredible.
It’s been said, “we’re all in the same storm, however we’re not in the same boat”.
This couldn’t be more true.
